I've found lot's of Slum and lot's of uncivilize people. Most of the people are selfish.
If u go through a slum area -- u will find uncivilized people only. Where exactly u went in Delhi?? Being a delhitie -- I won't say that I am selfish being a delhitie.. even if I ever need help -- so many persons come forward to offer help .
