open the picture by clicking it using the left click of mouse after you open the image in internet browser right click it then the box full of words will appear, choose "save image as" or "save picture as", and rename it then save.

Ok. If you want to download photos from the internet to your computer, you simply have to right-click on the aforementioned image and then a menu will appear. There, click on "Save Image As..." and then choose where you want to save the image in your computer.

Now, if you want to upload an image to the internet, you firstly need a website. Then, I'd suggest you to get a FTP program. A good FTP program I recommend is CuteFTP (search for cute FTP on Google), but this one is not free. There's also FTPExpert, which is a good one considering it's free. Once you've got your FTP program and your website, you may establish the connection between your FTP and your website (your website hosting will tell you the information about this). Once this last step is done, you may upload images, text, videos, etc. to your website.
