What is the first thing you drink every morning?

I really enjoy a Lo Carb Monster first thing in the morning, but I had to stop drinking them so much because they made me anxious sometimes. They still taste great and I drink them every once in awhile, but not everyday. Now I usually have a glass of V-8, gotta stay straight.

for me its a few sips of water with my medicine in the morning right before breakfast (on the train commuting to work), and then the first real drink is a giant mug of coffee at the office around 9:30.

Since I have to take my medicine every morning, drinking water is the first thing that I drink every morning. After half hour, I'll start with hot tea (some of my favorites, earl gray, mint and season tea). And for my afternoon break, I'll have a coffee au lait or capuccino.

I give my 4 years old daughter as less as possible pop or soda drinks. I'm glad that she's also not too crazy about it. When she wants to have soda drink, she'd asked us first and she drink a zip or two and she found it enough. However, I did tell her, that's not good to drink too much soda and so far she listen to what I said.

I drink coffee as soon as I get up. It is a must.

plain water is the first liquid I drink in the morning but I prefer it hot because cold water feels strange inside my stomach when I drink it the first thing in the morning.

Always milk with chocolate!

The first thing i drink i wake up is two glasses of cool water. That really chills me for the whole day. Try it, u"ll see the difference

I always have hot tea. I drink tea most of the day with water throughout the day and milk at dinner. We don't drink too much soda here, I never do.

Usually i drink black coffee at the start of my day.. i t keeps me warm and fresh..
