Is this true about the PS3?  

Dude you wouldn't believe what people are doing to it.. Some people actually gut the ps3 and rebuild into a computer case then take the shell and put old computer components into it so they can make you tube videos to promote their website.

Just like the guy on tv who bought one opening day and smashed it with a hammer as he shouted to the news camera the name of his website. He was pretty stupid he should have just gutted it first like everyone else is doing...

anyway it makes for good comedy.

The blue ray format actually makes it easier for the game makers to develop and debug games because they don't have to compress as many files.

The cell processor is slow at running a windows based os but it wasn't designed for windows based OS/ so thats why xbox cannot use the 8 core cell processor.

Blue ray is now outselling hddvd read the interviews Microsoft did shortly after the elite was announced ... They didn't include hddvd drive because it isn't proven and blue ray might become the standard. be careful get the system you want for what your needs are..

Ps3 has a dedicated graphics system not shared like x box.

Sony's business for years has been video TV surround sound theaters etc... It's their business they know what they are doing.

By the way if you have a PSP and your sitting across town in star bucks with your psp. You can use their hot spot and access your PS3 and watch videos play music right from the ps3 even though your miles and miles away...You don't need to move them over to the psp. You can even answer messages from your buddies from your online buddy list on the psp miles from home even from work through the ps3..... ........... Remote play is awesome!!!!!!!!!
