LOL, he did have a certain southern humour that made you laugh. I loved the way he shared his amusing stories too. It's been a while so I had to look up his collection (http://www.google.com/musicad?aid=vlUSrcFJtDJ) but I think most of the Ledbetter stories were pretty good. Remember the way he would draw out the Mar...cel? How would you like neighbors like them, lol?

I see they released another album collection last year. I think hubby would get a big kick out of him too, lol, especially the hunting ones. :)

When I was growing up my father listened to Jerry Clower all the time, and of course, we children listened right along with him. I hadn't thought about him in years, dawnrm69. He was a lot of fun.
