Danny and Oswald - Marked!

I have to agree with you, I lost a lot of respect for Danny and Oswald after the stunt they pulled last night...and for what, money. I really dislike the barbies/models, they have been manipulative and dishonest the entire race. I found it disappointing as well that the episode was another non-elimination round, like last week. I don't think it's right to have two in a row. That kind of stunk. Danny and Oswald should have been booted. I'd like Charla to win, but not Mirna. I don't know...I don't know who I am realy rooting for now. I just know it isn't the barbies.

As for me, i like the beauty queens (BQ) since last season because i think people tend to judge them right from the start just because they are beauty queens and blonde, which i totally disagree with. But from the last episode, i was extremely disappointed with them and danny and oswald, as well. As for my two least favorites teams - eric/danielle and charla/mirna - i kinda pity eric/danielle because they were targeted for the yield, twice! and i also admired charla/mirna for offering the friends money without anything in exchange. That's not something that i feel naturally for charla/mirna. lol!

Totally agree with Meleshia, I love the Barbies, but I'm also disappointed that they conspired to yield Eric and Danielle again. I like Charla but HATE Schmirna but it was really nice of them to said that they would have given money to Danny and Oswald, but most of the times, I just really hate Schmirna. Yeah, the barbies are just misjudged. I don't think they're manipulative, they're just using all their resources to their advantage.

Up until Sunday night's episode Danny and Oswald have run a pretty honest race. I can't say that I blame them for propositioning the Barbies for the money. I think they very well could have found themselves without the money needed to get to the final pit stop. I don't think they would have ever used the yield if they weren't having money issues. If I was in their position I probably would have done the same thing. (I really hate seeing the teams having to beg for money). I thought it was nice of Charla to offer them some money.. it was nice to see her remember the help they gave her at the travel agent's office on a previous show. I have never been a fan of the Barbies and was kind of digusted that they chose to have Eric and Danielle yielded again. I didn't like how they lied about it too.. saying that just asked Danny and Oswald to yield "any other team".. when they really said to yield Eric and Danielle again.

I agree with the person who posted that they like Charla but they don't like Mirna. That is exactly how I feel about them. I cringe whenever Mirna yells at Charla. She doesn't treat her with any respect at all. It is hard for me to believe that these two are related. Because I dislike Mirna so much I would like to see them or the Barbies go next.

First I want to say how disapointed I was in the show for having to non-elimination legs back to back like that. Are they trying to drag it out?

Ok, back to topic. I don't blame Danny and Oswald one bit. They did what they had to do. They had no money. They knew they would probably need a taxi at one point and they were desperate. But the beauty queens lied. They told Eric and whatever her name was that they gave the money to Oswald and Danny and told them to choose who to yeild. When in fact it was the queens who picked the couple. Not Oswald and Danny.

I still hope Oswald and Danny will win. They've been the most honest and the most non-annoying.

I think they should have let them exist the race b/c there is no way they will be able to stay in it, not unless they get a fast forward.

As for the bribe or cash "offer", I don't understand why D/O didn't just ask or beg for money. I hate to see them beg but, what, are they too good to beg with a million dollars on the line? Other teams have asked for money and have done quite well, I think they could have done the same.

The yield I would have expected from the models but not from D/O. While I understand why they did it, it still does not make it right. I just hope they, D/O, do not pay for doing the models dirty work......

Now b/c of the yield being used twice on D/E, I'm sort of hoping E/D can come back and win this race. If E/D cannot win or do not win, then I would want M/C to win (b/c of Charla of course).....

I like Danny & Oswald, but i was surprised on what they did just to get the needed money. And look what happened, from first, they become last. Its just fortunate for them that it was a non-elimination leg. I don't blame Dustin & Kandice from biting the offer of Danny & Oswald. They just have no choice. Amazing Race is a competition and anyone would do anything to win the million dollars.
