How many of you know really good cooking?

i think i m a good cook too.n always trying to learn make food frm different countries . in my county india there r many verieties of food. if anyone want any particular recipe can contact me.

I can manage cooking but not a good cook this i should accept honestly.I rarely cook at home when my mom goes out of station or when she falls ill.So many dishes which my mom prepares i dont know the ingredients. When iam in a position to cook i will get so many doubts like the quantity to added, exact ingredients for that particular dish and i will taste it for salt so many times till i get complete satisfaction.I will ask al family members to taste before i switch off my stove.They just raise comments & laugh at me.I know some dishes of sri lanka as my mom is much familiar in preparing those dishes.I can do the maida roti, a dish called "sambal" prepared with carrot, coconut curry which is a side dish served for Rice iddiyappam.
