hello i know most people say how can i loose weight. i am here to ask how can i gain weight and get some muscle tone? i am not anerexic or any thing i just loose wirhgt all the time and yes i hate it. i want to gain some weight and get some muscle on me. i am 32 i am 5'6 and i wiegh 120 lbs and i am too skinny and i dont like it. i have even bought a bag of snickers sat and ate the whole bag and didnt gain a pound. the dr is trying to figure out why i am loosing weight and not gaining but cant come up with why this happening, does any one know why i am doing this, i am also so tired all the time and i sleep good at night but still feel tired all the time, can you help me with giving me some tips what to do

Wow, I wish I could be like you. I long for the day when I could eat a bag of my favorite chocolates without gaining weight. Did the doctor give you a clean bill of health? Because weight loss may be a sign of other health problems like diabetes. I would look for a second opinion about this and if they still don't find anything wrong maybe you should just accept it as a gift. A lot of people would kill to be skinny. I know about the being tired all the time but I still haven't figured out how to stop that.
