oops.. i need to think and pause awhile to be able to answer your discussion well. and more so, i researched on the web for further knowledge. i found this link for you: http://www.askdrsears.com/html/4/T040400.asp#T040404 .
when i was still studying, i always eat sweets.. like chocolates and i have proteinous foods like peanuts to keep my brain alert. they say, these helps the brain think quick and be alert all the time. help absorb things i study quicker, too.
there are times when i put too much sugar on my coffee. coffee to keep me awake for hours studying and sugar is for my brain. it is also said to keep my brain alert.
but in the site i provided for you, you will be able to get more tips.
happy myLotting! hope i was able to help.

did you know that when you drink coffee for a long period of time, you actually have to drink more coffee just to get where you were if you drink multiple cups a day.

yup. i found my friends doing so. hehe. but i am not a coffee addict. i just go for coffee if there's no chocolates available on a particular day. hehe. but that was when i was still in school... graduated last 2000 from college. hehe. i just have coffee these days rarely...
take care and havea nice day...

foods with nutrients provide energy to the body's vital organs and the brain is one of them. Vegetables, fruits etc are brain food.
