being faithful

if a person is faithful to you, what do you promise to do for him/her? for me, faithfulnes is the most important thing in a relationship. it goes hand in hand with trust and therefore, i would really appreciate it if a person is very faithful to me. of course, i would also be faithful to him if he's also faithful to me. i believe in the law of karma. :) what about you?
