Ok, so have you heard of the guy in the US that was fired because of a racial comment he made about a girls basketball team? Well, then they decided to say that BET was racist, and the rappers were racist. I agree, and I think it is time that these things were mentioned. Also, in US Weekly magazine, snoop dogg was quoted as saying on the subject, "We arent old a$- white men sitting up on.." [MSNBC] What do you think about that? That is just as racist as anything else. I am getting very tired of the double standard of racsim going on in America, either you are or arent, either you can say something or you cant regardless of your race, what is good for one is good for the other. This is really starting to annoy me and I think we should stand up to it. I mean there is no white channel, there is no NAACP for white people, or any other race, so what is the difference? Everything is driving me crazy with this subject...sorry for the rant.

yeah..its sad to hear that such things still happen in todays modern developed world. I feel there needs to be a storg revolution against these people abd also a world wide publisity to abolish it. Life is gifted by god, and this is certainly to do better things that have racial indiscrimation. :) I stand with you in this for sure!

I agree with you 100%. I think that if we are going to hold him up to these standards, that we should hold everyone to those standards. Imas was wrong, yet so is everyone that speaks in that mannor. Rappers included. I think that rap artists are probably some of the worst as a matter of fact! Just look at Nelly, Snoop, even Eminem(about the way he speaks about women/his ex-wife.) I think there is a double standard and that it NEEDS to stop. We can't just pick out one person and say what he's saying is bad, but let everyone else that says the same or worse off the hook. It is just not fair nor is it right.
