saying goodbye is really hard.. but i think in saying goodbye, there's nothing to be worried about.. because goodlbye is the painful way of saying i love you. agree?

yes ,I agree with you.as a song says:the last love is to let you go.maybe sometimes,lasting love does no good to both of you.or maybe you do not suit each other very much,under this condition,the best way is to say goodbye to him,because continuing to be together can only hurt each other.

Not really. If you want to say "I love you" then there's only one way to say it and that's to just say the 3 magic words. When you're saying goodbye there's nothing else to be read into it except for what you mean yourself when you say it.
