Anyone got an easy fudge recipe that they want to share? Since i have a cold, i have a craving for fudge (when you are sick, that is the time to be extra nice to yourself!! :-)
Also, fellow mylotters - i was wondering what the most interesting flavour of fudge you have ever had...i tend to stick to chocolate, but have heard of a plethora of different kinds.....whats your fav?

Easy Microwave Fudge
3-3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened Dutch cocoa
1/4 cup evaporated skim milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup trans fat-free margarine
In a microwave-safe large bowl, sift together powdered sugar and cocoa. Stir in milk and vanilla extract. Add margarine, then cook on high in microwave for two to three minutes or until margarine is melted and mixture is hot.
At this point you can stir in mini marshmallows and/or 1/2 c. chopped nuts or peanut butter.
Line an eight-inch square pan with aluminum foil and spray foil with a nonstick cooking spray. Spread fudge onto lined pan and refrigerate until firm.
