if you meet troubles in life, will you feel headache ?

Today, I go to do some procedure for my ID card and my insurance .
but it is so hard and I have to wait so long time .
I don't know what I should do next and I feel very headache.
But I have to do these things within one month.
I feel so upset and I even could not sleep at night.
if you meet troubles in life , will you feel headache and don't want to do anything?

yes, but as for me I really would find a way to get a life back. I mean it's hard as it is that I have a problem right now and if I add another problem then I'll not want to do anything anymore so I really try my best to succeed
