Because the ability level varies from a 1st grade level up to an 8th grade level I teach everything from adding and subtracting to 8th grade level math. I try and do a lot of hands on and visuals. I work out of the school book but also from sites online like abcteach.com. Thats an awesome site. Its been a challenge for me to try and teach at such a difference of abilities but keeps me on my toes as to what to teach.
