Afyer gaining my ideal wight I stopped but Again... I craved for foods... so I started gaining weight again... It's effective on the 1st, and 2ng time of use... and you will notice your heart will palpitate more than the usual... sometimes I feel my heart is aching...I became irritable... but I ignored because Im obsessed with being sexy... In short On anf off I have used it for 4 moths and sadly... my body's become used to it... It's no longer effective...
