This is so easy I was surprised that I could make it.Preheat your broiler. In a broiler pan melt 1/4 pound of butter, then add 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/4 cup chopped green onions, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and black pepper. Mix well and add 2 pounds of clean shrimp. Place in the broiler3-4 inches from the heat for 5 minutes. Flip shrimp over and cook for another 5 minutes.

in our place, we use to just put the shrimp in a pan, add some salt and garlic and depending on how much shrimp you have to cook, add some amount of softdrinks. maybe just half cup of softdrinks for a quarter kilo of shrimp is enough. however, i haven't tried adding any cola yet. any softdrinks except cola.

Melt some butter, add granulated (dry) garlic to it, mix well. Add enough large shrimp to fill up the baking dish and keep the shrimp under the butter mixture. Shake some Italian bread crumbs over this and bake at 350 Degrees F. for about 20 minutes. Enjoy.
