Coffee is rich in antioxidants. Antioxidants help fight against free radicals, the main cause of aging. Do these facts help or do these make a difference for you as either a coffee drinker or a non-coffee drinker? If you're a non-coffee drinker, will those facts tempt you to at least try drinking coffee already?

Of course. When you drink 2 cups of coffee per day you keep your health somehow. But it is important to know not to drink more than 2 cups because it is risky. So everyhting is good, the health depends on the amount and the regularity you rink it. The best time to drink coffee is in the beginning of the afternoon.

Why is the beginning of the afternoon the best time to drink coffee? I am a coffee drinker, and I mostly drink it first thing in the morning. Now I'm curious. Please elaborate.

Because the level of adrenaline in the blood is higher in that part of the day. When you drink coffee in the morning the level of adrenaline is lower and the effect is lower, too. So coffee helps you to wake up in the morning only because you think that it helps. It is witin your mind. The effect of coffee is highest in the afternoon. (This is why English people drink tea in the afternoon.) The effect of cafeine is high. I hope you understood.

Wow, thanks! I honestly have never heard that one before! So, perhaps I am better off going for a quick walk in the morning rather than my usual early-morning coffee, then.

Coffee being rich in antioxidants makes a HUGE difference in my drinking coffee. I am trying to eat and drink more antioxidant-rich food to improve my health and live longer. I hope they will find in a study someday that regular coffee drinkers live longer. :-)
