Starbucks  

I have heard that fresh coffee is actually sweet. so, I guess Starbucks wouldn't qualify, LOL!
I just go for the caffiene!

Heheh well if I want caffiene I can always get a coke :) It has it as well and usually it doesn't vary from store to store.

Ha ha ha! you must not buy your coke from seven eleven then, because they always jiggle the 2 liters too much, and they ALWAYS explode!

Heheh well I don't buy two liters. When I buy an individual it's usually a can. Normally when I buy my coke I buy by the 12 pack but now and then I need to get an individual. Usually it's a can or I'll buy a fountain drink if I have my 64oz cup with me :) Then I get that size for under a dollar. Of course then I get Mountain Dew instead.

oooh! too bad they don't have those around here, I suppose they would go broke with me (LOL!)

Heheh my sister and I go to them all the time. Can't beat the price and they have lots of choices to choose from between cold drinks and coffees.

ok, just sent hubby to the store for a two liter. 1.79 each time at the seven eleven. I'd rather have that 79 cents in my pocket though.the refill aren't that cheap here. you might save about a dime. bleh.

Oh I know what you mean. The 7-11 near us isn't as cheap on the refills either, one reason we go to Racetrak. We used to go to Speedway and they had the "coffee pots to go" which were 64 ounces and could be used with cold or hot drinks as well. Their refill prices were under a dollar as well but can't remember how much. Speedway here was bought out by Sunoco and we don't go to them as much now.

a million years ago, I mean, like 20 or so years ago, me and my brothers would head up to the nearest gas station for a refill on soda. at that time, it was any size, 69 cents. So, I'd bring in my gallon jug, and fill it up, and split it with them.No wonder they still love me! LOL

Hehe that is how racetrac is here. It's a set price no matter what the size is of the jug up to I think the 64 ounces. I think over that it goes up a whole ten cents (whoopee).

I'm thinking, take a gallon jug, pay the extra ten cents, and save the other half for the next day.

Heheh yeah but soda pop doesn't always stay well over night in those things. It often goes flat.

can't you add like, dry ice or something for bubbles? or am I getting a bit too crazy right now?

hey now, a cup of java runs about 1.60 at starbucks, of course, we are talking about the all americano blend... still yummy!

yeh, I like the rich flavor. I have noticed that if I add espresso to my pot of coffee, I can get the same great taste as Starbucks.So, I always brew espresso though! I use a deep Mexican espresso bean which I believe rivals Starbucks!

You know, I was actually reading an online article about coffee beans, and the sweetness is the true nature of the bean! according to what they wrote, the coffee bean has a natural sweet taste, proving its freshness.

well, if you get the house blend, which is still great coffee, it is good. about a buck eighty for a nice sized cup that will definitely wake you up. The coffee is quite strong, and addicting, I think.
they serve all kinds of things! I had this bus driver who I knew was addicted to their pumpkin spice, but it was 4 dollars a cup! good grief! so, they have espressos, cappucinos, bakery items, and also sell their coffee and mugs and stuff. It is a treat!

We have a new Starbucks here about a mile away. I might give it a try. Thanks for the information.

Starbucks oooh how I enjoy a great cuppa when I am stress it just picks me up. I will treat myself to a cafe latte once a week, to hit the spot.
