Should West Ham be deducted of points instead of being fined by money?

West Ham has been fined close to 5.5 million but no points has been deducted. Wigan's Paul Jewell are going mad! Do you think West Ham should get points deduction too?

No , because west ham had already got their puinshment of fine, as for thoese relegation contenders are just trying to save themselves by framing others yea ....
