Do you tell someone if they have long hairs coming out of their nose and ears?

We have a salesman at work who has great big hairs coming out of his nose. They say he grows a new one every time he tells a lie.

This is something that someone probably should tell them but I would never be able to bring myself to tell them. I would be afraid of hurting their feelings.
