hai inky261 you already posted 72,any way congrats for your posting speed ,i haven't that much time to respond,any way i got reply from our team management,same question i asked the our friends i mean website management people,they are really good and respond me very sharp and clearly explain the procedure of changing avatar,after you login left side you able to see green type list like start new discussion,add/edit your interests,send a message,customize your profile,edit your preferences,so there you are goto edit your preferences,and change your avatar with any photo or your own photo simply,when you post a discussion below upload your option is there, you upload your option, there u upload your photo and load the photo related to that discussions u started,that makes u earn simply, any doubts ask our panel,they respond you soon
