Do you think some people are born leaders?

Alot of people are natuaral leaders. I am not talking about world leaders but just in a group of friends or inthe work place. Some people are just naturally good at it and get on well with people while guiding them in the right direction.
Do you believe this is something you are born with or something that everyine can be taught.
I find that I have always been a good leader. Not something I actively seek out but something that just seems to happen. I am good at taking control of a situation and am good at motivating people and this always seems to stand out in jobs.
I have always got promotion because it seems just like the most natuaral thing to happen.
Is this the same for you, do you agree that this is the way it happens?

When I put my emotions in check, I also have that quality and I have the power to motivate people. I always had, but I have had too many knocks in life that have set me back. But yes, I do believe some people are natural leaders and if they are nurturers as well, their power can be good and soft as well as inspiring. May God help us all.

I think as well as I get older I am getting more knocks too as well but sometimes I just have to put all that aside and get on with it.

Ya I do think people are born leaders. U can very well recognise such people as they usually move about in groups and are popular in their group as well. They have excellent skills with orration as well and have a clearity of thought. But others can also learn in their life and do emerge as good leaders.

Hmm yeah i agree that some people r born leaders.
Weather i have the quality or not, i dont know that but definately i look upto every challenges. I dont shy away from responsibilities.
Leadership is all abt thow u motivate young people and how you can take up the challenges.
So if u have the quality then praise god for it.

I do believe that some people have more leadership qualitys then others. I think some people love the challenges and are up to the responsibilities.I think you have these things in your nature and if you are not born with them, they develop in the personalty at very early ages.

I thnk there are skills that can be picked up along the way to help people learn to manage situations and employees or what have you. I do think, however, that some people are just born with it. They know what do do in a crunch, know how to navigate crisis situations and deal with difficult personalities. Those people are naturals at leading.
