Who must be the President of the World?

Can you imagine anyone to be the President of the World? Upcoming technologies will make us nearer to Aliens. Someone has to be the President of the World so that he can decide when we are in danger. Whom do you think to be so responsible for all the people in the World

I really cannot think of any one, single person who could fit such a task. I would think that who ever it could be, there would need to be a set of good checks and balances so that this person could not have total power. In addition, the people of the world would elect them.
I think sometime George Bush believes himself to be such a leader. Thank God he is not!
