I am so aggravated. I have not gotten my unemployment for almost 5 weeks now and

before you judge me for collecting unemployment let me tell you that when one works at a job long enough they are entitled to unemployment if they lose their job for one VALID reason or another (I believe we all should be paying into unempolyment each week out of our paychecks...correct me if I am wrong) I did collect for my first 6 weeks of benefits while being unemployed then they suddenly stopped my benefits but are still letting me file and they are saying I have a valid claim on file. I did get through to a real person a couple weeks bak and they said that they are investigating the reason why I am no longer employed by the company I was employed by. Anyway I have been blown off with my benefits for 5 weeks now and what is making me mad. They are still letting me file but they are not sending me my payment. They tell me I have already filed a valid calim and I can not get through to a live person to ask about my status. It is pi$$ing me off. Any way the real reason I started this discussion is not because I am not getting my benefits it is because I can nopt stand to call an 800 number to ask a question just to get a freekin recording!!!! What happened to humans? Are businesses just too cheap to hire real people to assist the public? and why to I get for english press one? At an american sight? then I have to go through 20 minits of recordings and pressing just o find "I'm sorry all our agents are busy right now please call back later??????" UGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH.........I probably shouldn't even start this discussion but I am in the heat of the momnet.......
