Some food contains 80-90% of water. Just think of milk, tomates, veggies, meat, etc. They have a lot of water. So I am thinking may be we do not need to drink as much water because it is already in our food. A study has shown that women need 91 ounces of water a day and men 125 ounces. Do you think we can get these figure from food alone?

We must drink water itself, as it contains the elements that keep us functioning and alive... food itself contains so much water because of this...
You might be able to live for weeks without food, but you won't make it past 10 days without sufficient water... people don't drink enough as it is, and that's the cause of so many problems, you would be astounded at the number diseases the can be cured by simply drinking more water...
I'm thirsty now! :)
