Why do you like weight training?

I like weight training because of the strength and energy I get from it. It is true that what you put into your work is what you get out of it. When you work out with 100% intensity, you will get results. How about you?

I go to the gym regularly and only lift smaller numbers with weights just so I can stay toned up and in shape. i really enjoy working out It takes out all the stress from the day and I feel so much better about myself when I am done
