Creating Labels

I am trying to creat labels in Works Word Processor (7.0) but when I find the .wdb data source and click on open to insert the data, my files close down. Has anyone else experienced this problem and can help me please?

I couldn't find any specific information for your problem, but I would recommend checking here ( http://support.microsoft.com/ ). You should be able to submit a support request from there if you can not find a solution directly.
