what are your opions on Swifer products?

I find that Swifer products seem like an easy way to clean your home but are they more of a gimic or are they that practical?. I also find that you are throwing more garbage into the land fill sites IE: the pads and the swifer it self is so feeble it breaks apart over a short period of time.

I have used swiffer products in the past, and they are good. But it is an expensive convience to have. It is good for a quick touchup though, but nothing beats elbow grease.

yea, I agree. I recently bought the starter set because I liked the way it picked up dust...but the benefits kinna end there. I definitely, still need my broom dust pan and mop....You think I have grounds to sue the company...lol j/k unless someone starts a litigation, I'm totally jumping on that band wagon hahaha
