Does someone on Mylot read all our discussions?

What do you think? Does Mylot have a panel of people who read each and every discussion started and responded to by the millions of users?
Otherwise, how do they monitor content and earnings?
Coz it would be a momentous task if people actually read through so many million posts everyday? What are your ideas on this?

But that system wont be able to distinguish between good quality and bad quality discussions.

Hello,bindishah,that is something i am always wondering, there are more than one million discussions since mylot had started.I do not think mylot will read everything, they may have software to check whether there are some discussions which had violated the discussion rules, the admin staff will not read it by themselves.

yeah makes sense..it all has to be analyzed like in a database using a software..but it justs eems so amazing that so many discussions are processed in so little time (since they update our earnings every day).

I dont know how other sites work..im not that savvy about the insides of the web world. But i find all this quite fascinating and quite stupendous.

I don't think mylot reads all discussions, that's what the + - and ! signs are for, they rely on us to alert them to scamming discussions and abuse. Thats why it is important to use these buttons.

So then the only way to monitor the quality of discussions would be the ratings given by the users. but then who would monitor the quality of responses to these discussions?

Another idea I had that they might have 'spiders' to go through the discussions similar to what search engines do, that scan through the discussions looking for certain words or phrases, that may be a way that they a keep check on things?

Well really i don't have any idea as to how so many discussions are read or really they read or not.What is the way of updating i donno no.actuaaly there is no any such fix thing that if i post this no of discussion i will gaet this no of cents.No idea.but can any one read so many number of posts daily.I don't think so.
