A friend of mine has it, I know allot about it but would like to know how you were medically treated for this and whether you have recovered. How long did it take?

I am not sure whether I am a chronic fatigue sufferer, but some days I feel very tired and not motivated to do anything at all. It is very hard to get up from bed and I have to force myself. But some other times I am energetic and feel that I can do so many things in a day. My mother has arthritis, and she said her illness contributes to her feeling fatigue on certain days. But not everyday. Until now I still don't know why I am feeling so tired some of the days. I don't like going to the doctors, though. Lol. Fortunately, my friend introduced me to Melilea Greenfield Organic. It is a food supplement. I drink it once a day together with soy milk. I find this products reallly helps me to gain my energy. Now I feel much more energetic, and it is easy for me to get up in the morning. It has been so long since I experienced fatigue, maybe 10 years. And now I feel as if I am recovered, and I have consumed it for more than 4 months.

Sometimes there are grey areas in the diagnosis of Chronic fatigue, so you may not have had it. It is curable as well. I am so pleased your health has improved. You perhaps are a busy person by nature, if so it is very wise to take time to look after yourself in whatever way you think suits you. Pampering and nurturing yourself is very important to your health, particularly if you have heavy responsibilities.

Thank heavens I don't have it. What I have read about it is too dreadful for words! I'm a hyperactive person and always have alot of irons in the fire, so a disease like that will be frustrating beyond words, let alone the dreadful feeling!

It's hard to imagine what it would be like. It's one of those conditions that people can't relate to easily, yet it's very real and debilitating.
