Before you start a home business, ask yourself some serious questions to determine wheather you are ready for a home business.
You can not treat the home business as a hobby
and work only when you like to work ,if your business is service oriented like accountant, hair dresser, builder, cleaning service etc.If you are a freelance creative artist like writer, editor, copy writer etc you can set your own hours but you should complete the project within the deadline.
You have to be certain that you have the time and the desire to work at home. Some people are not goal-oriented and they need someone to supervise their work.It takes a special person to work at home and be able to prioritize projects so that work, family and leisure activities all take their rightful places. You should keep these thoughts in mind
before you jump into home business

I agree that you have to be really dedicated in order to open a home business and you cannot treat it like a hobby. I dont have a home business but I do make money in my spare time by doing things online. I write articles online and that provides most of the money that I make online. I also take online surveys for companies that pay me to take them.

If I work from home, most likely I will spend most of the time sleeping.
