"Think out of the box". That is the sentence I hate most! What's yours?

Why I hated that sentence? That was because my x-boss always said that damn sentence out of my ears! Every time he do not like our ideas or something like that he would yell those words. Well, good sentence can become bad if it was used selfishly. what's yours anyway?

Oh how I hate that expression. The other expression I hate is *interfacing* for heavens sake it means talk, so say "talk"
