Do you believe in fate? Is it to the point where you accept everything that is thrown your way, just for the sake of fate? Is there a limit the your belief in fate? I mean can you honestly say that you believe in it, yet pick and choose parts of your life that it applies to?

that's a tricky question. always believing that things are pre-determined and inevitable kinda clashes with the concept of free-will. if it's fated, can you change it? if you can change it, does that mean it wasn't not your destiny after all? i believe that each of us has a destiny, but it can be changed through free will. your choices affect where you'll end up. fate acts as the agent that utimately provides us with the choices and other things that affect our destiny. like water flowing downhill..it's definitely headed downwards, at the foot of the hill, its destinity. however, a rock or a a tree may divert its course and change its destiny. but unlike water, we dont have to wait for a boulder or a tree to change our course, although fate may always throw one in our path. we can do it ourselves, through free will, through our choices. though we may not always know or see where we might up end :)

Fate is something which happens to you ,but one can't go on blaming fate or destiny for one's actions so there should be a limit for your belief otherwise we'll get struck in it.Destiny is something like a test given by God to you to strengthen your self and to make you more corageous . This is what I see my destiny &fate.

I believe in fate, but only to a certain extent. There are some things that are beyond our control, but for the most part I think each of us is in control of our own destiny.
