A really cute orpg based on the Harry Potter books...

As you may have noticed, I'm not as active on here as I was a while ago. I wish I could say it's because I'm hard at work but that's not the case. LOL. My boyfriend discovered a cute little online role playing game that we quite enjoy playing. That one led to a couple of other neat little games that we both play every day. One of them is based on the Harry Potter books/movies. http://harry-potter-online.freehostia.com/lotgd-1.1.0/referral.php?r=imSilver Be sure to check out Florish & Blots for some little extras: -3 books at start of each level -3 comics per day :angelic layer gets you extra turns :calvin & hobbes gets you extra hitpoints :green arrow gets you experience And keep your eyes open for Crazy Audrey, she's great! The first time each day that you go to her you can play her game and earn or lose forest fights as well as get a "warm fuzzies" buff to help you fight. Each time after that that you go see her and pay your 5 gold, you'll get the "warm fuzzies" but she calls you a "pervie kitten fancier" and won't let you play her game. Pumkin juice in the leaky cauldron will really help you fight. Nothing is exactly the same twice.. once i ran into the little green alien and said hi and was just fine.. the next time i did the same thing he killed me.. Make sure you update your music ability at Ameline's music shop each time you go up a level. You need to complete all the levels to get the bonus.. if you miss one the whole thing doesn't count. The forest fights are hilarious. You run into the usual forest monsters but you also get attacked by some pretty funky creatures. *You have encountered Cursed Teapot which lunges at you with Boiling water! *You have encountered Easter Bunny which lunges at you with Rotten eggs! *You have encountered Broadway Extra which lunges at you with Memorable Showtunes! *You have encountered Ginny Weasley which lunges at you with Possessed powers! Be sure to stop by the academy to get yourself a squire to help in the battles. Your squire will advance as you do if you remember to go to the academy every day and train him. Also keep your eye on the stables. I can't remember what level but at some point a hippogriff becomes available to you. Buy it immediately!! It's a major help in your battles. If you need some extra money you can stop by derek's stat shop and sell some of your stats. That's usually how I start out each new day. Because of my hippogriff, I get 15 extra forest fights each day and usually I stop by the stat shop to sell 10 of them. If you want to get extra experience points and have the gold you can stop by the Weasley's shop to trade them for it.
