Bathroom manners  

my kidneys are floating,gotta make a pit stop,gotta water the grass,coffee's saying hello..
that's a few of them,anyway ;)

Some of my favorite excuses for going to the restroom are "Excuse me while I go powder my nose" or "I just need to reapply some lipstick", or the one I usually use "Ok, nobody move! I'll be right back!" LOL! I'm sure there are many others out there. My husband usually says "I need to let out some air in the mens room" Well, at least he's honest about it.

Go file some papers. LOL that is a new to me. I usually just say I need to go to the restroom. LOL Go file some papers..that is so funny. MY grandson is only two and my daughter is potty training him. They were at church a few weeks ago and he started yelling "I gotta pee MOM, I gotta pee". she said everyone looked at her and just smiled. The funny thing is that he really didnt have to pee. She took him to the bathroom and he didnt do anything.They returned back to the service adn he started yelling again "I gotta pee MOM, I gotta pee" LOL

Those are funny ones. An old one that my Uncle used to say is, "I gotta make a deposit to the porcelain potty." He always made us laugh when he said that and no other information was necessary, LOL.

I have heard men say I have to see a man about a horse,I need to put the fire out. And ladies I need to use the ladies room, I need to powder my nose, I need to go tinkle. go weewee.
My mom taught me that women do not use the restroom by themselves if you doyou will get attacked. Which I have found out is a bunch of bloney! I have never been attacked in a public restroom.

I'm not much for excuses really. I simply say, excuse me I want to find the restroom, if we are out somewhere. At home, if we have guests, I'll just excuse myself by saying "Excuse me, I'll be right back."

I don't feel any need to tell people where I'm going or why unless they may have to come look for me!

Hi Kat, Yes well you are right we do use different terms for going to the bathroom, as I have heard some of these saying as well. And yesturday I forgot that they also say in America that they are going to the Head but I have heard that saying many years ago.

I guess I’m boring- I excuse myself- and say I must use the restroom. If I’m home I just get up and go- no excuse needed. I’ve heard all kinds of things also.
I have to tinkle-
I have to go shake hands with my master (Gross)
I’ve got to go take a crap. (sorry)
You really do hear all kinds and a lot of them aren’t pleasant!

I'll be back. I have to go make a deposit. Thats the one that I use the most. It's straight and to the point.
