gym memebership has been ranked higher than settling on a dvd video.aside from the gym equipments that are reliable for your exercises, you can gain friends from there too and share fitness ideas.i've been into fitness but it's my first time in the gym and i am enjoying it. how about you?what have you tried?

dvd fitness exercise doesn't work for me, instead of doing the exercise, i will watch movie in my dvd player. i'm a person who should be forced to exercise so i go to gym, i've already paid some money on it, so it will be such a waste if i don't go to gym, won't it?

o ic, then you really need to go to the gym, there will be an instructor who can help you arrange your diet and the exercise.

i become member in fitness center and i loved it because i lost kilos. Its more enjoyable being with other people, and you have instructor who tell you what to do.But when you make exercise alone its not works for me.Because sometimes you did not make seriously and sometimes it make me lasy.5 minutes is sufficient for me when i did alone. But when inside the gym, you can do seriously, and you can not say stop.

I'm one of those people who prefer to work out at home. I have had gym memberships, but they are costly and I don't like having to go somewhere else, excercise, shower, and come home. Couple that with the fact that I may decide to want to excercise at an unconventionals time depending on how hectic my schedule is.
Perhaps it's not fair, but I'm not one for the home dvd's either. I prefer having some excercise equipment of my own, cranking up some music I like and going for it. I will admit though, that to excercise at home exclusively, that you do need to have discipline to stay on your work out schedule.
As far as home equipment, you can't go wrong with a total gym, which which will only set you back $200-300 from most retail stores. Toss in a recumbant bike, or an Eliptical trainer and you're all set. No Video's needed.
