I first saw sir David on Animal Planet, and as I listen to his documentaries about nature I got hooked. He is not like other nature documentary guys of his age who are boring and is in a safe studio talking about a video taken by another person.
No!
He is out there with the animals enduring the elements, being in his element in many ways.
The Best show that he made was the show about the plight of our planet. For years he has kept silent about his position on conservation and kept himself quite neutral as a nature defender but in his show He gave factual, an engaging arguements about nature, not those kind that agressively engages concerned parties but arguements that will make you think and pause for a while about where our planet earth is going to.
I wish to become like him one day follow in his footsteps what would I give to be his heir...I would be the most happiest young man alive!

Hello Niel.
I am sad to only find this discussion now 4 years later when you probably aren not here anymore.
i found his documentaries on pirate bay, YES on pirate bay, a torrent site, and after this, seeing how interesting they were, i bought them off amazon. I have over 40 dvd's with him and still have some to buy. I watch them with my girlfriend and love them even if we are 23 years old - who said you have to be a kid to learn about nature. We are only 1/3 way through all the dvd's, probably have even more to see, but we are hooked up on them.
