i am quite familiar with the ISPS Code been a retired Nigerian military officer now involved in security consultancy in the marine and oil and gas domain. The name of my company is Coatland safety and security consultancy Limited. We are presently involved in consultancy service for an offshore oil and gas facility owner company within our terrritorial waters. We are aware of the details of Secuirty Asessement (SSA), Facility Security Plan, and the Implementation of security levels etc. We base our understanding on Compliance checklist on the ISPS code and occassional reference to the United States, MTSA Act.
