The time-honoured office tradion of whining at the water cooler just might get you fired, according to a newly compiled list of workplace horrors around the world. Two workers who exceeded the official limit of two moans per employee at one unnamed german firm were fired in 2004. Several colleagues quit before their moans could be counted. Their employer's strict policy Chicago-based outplacement firm gave nine notable examples from hundreds of cases. Workers at a DaimlerChrysler plant in Kokomo, Indiana, should drive a Chrysler model or they may find their car in Indianapolis, 50 miles away. That's because a rule limits parking space for non-Chrysler cars. Voilayors will be towed. "These are things that make you go hmmm." Challenger spokesman James Pedderson said. Challenger plans to make the list an annual tradition, and the point is to encourage managers and their staff to communicate better.

There should be laws against stuff like this. I mean, how can a company get away with dictating what kind of car you drive or how often you voice a complaint against the company. I mean, if a company wants you to drive a certain type of car then said company should give a serious discount to it's employees so that they can buy that type of car. Right?

This is not going on at my workplace yet, I wish it would, there are some people that need to be replaced I think, they just do not seem to pul their fair share of weight like the rest of us do.
