I live in the biggest city in Scotland and we have millions of what we call "neds". They basically cause chaos, dont work, get free housing and think they are "all it". Someone has made a video of one singing a song. Obviously it is a bit of a joke but it isn't too far from the truth. And in the back goround you can see some of the city.
