Did anyone of your teachers impact you positively that totally changed your life

I have a teacher who believe in me when I was not motivated to study when I was young. I have little home support in my studies. She is always smiling and motivating the whole class towards learning. She jokes and made learning fun for me. We were actually the last class then.
Today,I am a teacher myself. It is not easy but I wanted to impact my pupils like what my teacher had done for me. When I reflect on the way I teach, it reflected greatly what I love about my favourite teacher then.
Do you have a teacher who have changed your life completely and positively?

When I was 14/15 I started photography, my photography teacher was awesome. I had some things going on in my personal life and she offered to help me out, even offered me a place to stay. She was a huge inspiration to me, especially now because I am a photographer, made me really thankful to have someone I could rely on.

It is so good to have a teacher who really goes all out to help in times of need. You definitely have managed to find one who is genuine.
