brain lesion, t2 area on right vascular

Having headaches on that side. Didnt react with contrast. So no MS. What could it be. I have neuropathy in my arm and legs. Been exposed to mold. I do not have diabetes.

Have you gone to see a neurologist yet? Have you ever had a slight stroke that you would know of? A loss of balance?
This really sounds serious and I would really look into this and/or even get a second opinion.
