| |  Bruce Springsteen's wonderful "Rosalita" talks about "a little cantina down San Diego way"...that's my favorite mention of my town in a song.
(Tom Waits has a great song called "San Diego Serenade" but the city is never mentioned by name in the lyrics...)

| |  There's eeally two different cities I have called home. My parents raised me for my first year of life in San Francisco, which has a few songs... how about "I Left My Heart (In San Francisco)". And then there is San Jose, where I spent most of my life... "Do You Know the Way to San Jose?"
two calssic songs about my 'hoods... lol.
