What kind of fun meals do you have on the weekend?

Most weekends l like to have an ethnic evening it may be italian, french, mexican, anything different I am willing to try. I like to have the music along with the meal of that country if l can. It's a lot of fun. This weekend l would like to try my hand at making falafels. Does anyone good falafel recipe? What kind of fun meals do you have on the weekends?
