First off you should see a Doctor as they are the only ones who can actually diagnose what is wrong with you. They can also give you the best medication for your condition, as what suits one person doesn't suit another. If the doctor wants to prescribe medication for you, ask how long you would need to be on it for. What are the side effects? How long before it starts to work?
Some people have no side effects from the medications at all, and others have every possible one. A good Doctor will also tell you about diet and exercise, both of which are important. Exercise actually increases the feel good endorphins in the brain and they can help with feelings of depression. Good luck and make an appointment with your family doctor as soon as you can.

Well for depression, medicines are not solution. Do Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.
