Happy Mother's Day

I would like to wish all of you a happy mothers day. I hope you have all had a wonderful day. I know that i have. My eldest daughter came up for the weekend. I dont get to see her much, so it was good to have her here. I was made breakfast in bed. The kids showered me with hugs and kisses, and some lovely gifts. The young ones got my some little things from the mothers day stall at school. I also got some chocies, wine and rose plants for my yard. I got a yellow one, a red one and a blue one. The kids potted them today as well. On the whole they have been pretty well behaved as well. They also cleaned the house without complaints. So, i have had a great day. I hope you have too.
Did you do anything special for mother's day? Or did you do anything special for your mum?

Happy Mother's Day to you, enjoy the rest of your day. I will be taking my out today, I am really looking forward to it, she very special to me.

Oh what a lovely day you had...I'm very happy to hear how wonderful it all was.
I spoke on msn with my daughter Jo and my youngest granddaughter Hannah. That was really special. I didn't hear from my other daughter but that's normal. She's cut herself off pretty well completely. From me anyway.
Mother's Day is a sad time for me since my Mum passed away 5 years ago.

Im glad you got to talk to Jo and Hannah. It must have been wonderful for you. Its sad that your other daughter didnt get in touch with you, and it must be hard. Especially with your mum gone.
I did have a lovely day, but all back to normal now.
