If you've used xanax at one time time or another, please share with the forum your experience. What you think of the positive and negative points of taking xanax. How often you're taking it? How many (mg) at a time and for how long? Can you do without it etc, etc.

| |  I have found out that Restoril works better than xanax or anything else out there when it comes to insomnia, and sleeping problems. Xanax is still useful as a sleeping ad, but only if taken right before you go to bed do to its short half life. I would say 1.5-3mgs works the best for really bad sleeping problems.
