Propose to the local MP to suggest our gardening business

I need to write an effective gardening proposal, to aim it at very high MP within Wimbledon to refer our business to his "friends" or councils that we are a winning business. We are small organic gardening business, and work with older people. We are called Fairlife because we want to be fair to people who dont have alot of money and give them affordable rates. We are approved with Hanover from home, care & repair merton & the guild of master craftsman. We undertake a range of gardening duties, i.e maintenance, total design, pruning, fencing, turf laying, decking, pond water features, advise and have a website detailing our achievements, www.fairlife.co.uk. I good at writing but im not sure how I should start it. There is also a person (who died a long time ago) his name was John Innes, he devoted all his time to nature within Merton and a park was named after him, he also left all his money to the john innes foundation which supports a school or academy which researches nature etc. I want mension his involvement (which I beleive is important to the mp or so ive heard) in nature and how important it is for us remember his involvement.
