this reminds me of the fruitcake that my son baked once. it was so good tasting. the problem is, he is not baking it again.

Cake? Where? Share please. I love coconut cake. I was watching the television last night and saw a tropical cake that sounded yummy. Truth is, if it's cake, save me a slice, lol. Well, cept for fruit cake but I think that is a different animal.

It sure does. But it tastes a whole lot yummier (is there such word?). Chocolate cake and strawberry cheesecake are truly awesome. Unfortunately, though, I have yet to taste strawberry shortcake. Thanks to you, I probably would one of these days.;)

My favorite cake is bibinka also known as rice cake. It is our very own cake. I love bibinka because it is something that satisfies my stomach.

Paul, that really is satisfying. Bibingka is readily available when it's Simbang Gabi, and it's actually one of the things I look forward to during that time of year.
